About Me

Rana Chawla, LMFT:

Rana is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and holds a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. She has worked extensively with adolescents and families, providing individual and family therapy and dealing with a wide variety of issues. Her clinical training ranges from working with seriously mentally ill adolescents living in a locked facility, to providing treatment in the community and in-home services. Rana also has experience working with couples and assisting couples in improving their marriage and relationship skills. She utilizes a wide variety of therapeutic techniques based on the needs of the client. She is passionate about providing services to underserved populations and dispelling the stigma of mental illness. Rana is always working to deepen her spiritual knowledge and self-understanding in order to better serve her community

Hira Khanzada, ACSW:

Hira is a board-registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (#72951) in California. She has served as a therapist and healer for those who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, and concerns with family, marriage, and other relationships. Hira is skilled in the following evidence-based approaches and offers clients a variety of choices in how to approach their goals:

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

- Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (similar to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)

- Elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals and couples

- Evidence-based family therapy approaches
